Laser technology has revolutionized the field of healthcare. Dr. Spees has used lasers extensively in this practice since 1998. We now have five dental lasers in use.

The newest and most significant of our lasers are the DeLight™ Erbium Hard Tissue Laser and the PowerLase™ Nd:YAG Soft Tissue Laser.

Shots and drills are the most common cause of dental anxiety. By using the erbium laser, Dr. Spees is able to remove decay quickly and painlessly without anesthetic or drilling in many cases. This is especially important when working with children as it may prevent the development of dental anxiety and set the stage for a lifetime of good dental health.

For patients who suffer from Periodontal Therapyperiodontal disease, Laser SoftCare™ Periodontal Therapy using the Nd:YAG laser offers an alternative to traditional surgery, with the ability to sterilize the disease causing bacteria. Laser SoftCare™ has become a very popular treatment alternative for this chronic degenerative disease.
