Schedule changes affect our staff as well as other patients. If you must reschedule an appointment, please extend us the courtesy of 48 hours notice whenever possible so that we might offer your appointment time to another patient.

Please keep us informed of any changes in your name, address, telephone number, employment or insurance coverage. It’s also very important to let us know about any changes in your medical history, as well as any medications you are taking, since this may affect your treatment.

If you require any pre-medication for dental treatment, please call our office in advance of your appointment.
