Dental Insurance

It will be our pleasure to submit all charges to your primary insurance carrier as a courtesy to you. All insurance claims are filed electronically to expedite processing. You must provide us with complete, current and accurate information if you wish to take advantage of our insurance filing service.

Although we will file your claims, we cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company, since we are a third party and not involved in the contract between you and the insurance company.  The patient is ultimately responsible for all charges regardless of insurance company pre-estimates or reimbursements.
