Cindy Staton, Practice Administrator

Originally from Beloit, Wisconsin, Cindy Staton, practice administrator, came to us from the banking and finance field. She is OSHA and CPR certified and supplemented her business knowledge by attending courses on dental office management, computers, and various clinical dentistry courses.

She has lived in Zionsville since 1987 and has been with the practice since 1994.

Danette Bianchi, RDH

Danette Bianchi, RDH, is originally from Milford, Michigan, and is licensed to practice dental hygiene in the states of Michigan, Missouri and Indiana. She graduated with honors from Ferris State University in 1977 and has since completed advanced courses in periodontal scaling and root planing, radiology, and soft tissue management.

Danette lives in Zionsville with her three children, Courtney, Alecs and Kevin, and is a very active member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. She’s been with the practice since 1997.

Shirley Herring, RDH

Shirley Herring, RDH, earned her dental hygiene degree in 1973 from Indiana University School of Dentistry and was awarded membership into the Sigma Phi Alpha Honors Sorority. Shirley has continued to stay current throughout her career through various continuing education opportunities including courses on fluoride, prevention of decay and periodontal disease, medical emergencies, implant dentistry, and new challenges in dental hygiene care.

Shirley lives in Westfield with her husband, Darrell, and their son Cameron. She also has one grown son, Aaron. Originally from Muncie, Indiana, Shirley has been with us since 1998.

Alison Bogan, Clinical Assistant

Alison Bogan, clinical assistant, was raised in Lebanon, Indiana. She is a graduate of Lebanon High School and a 2002 graduate of J. Everett Light Career Center. She attended Valparaiso University. Alison is CPR certified. She joined the team in 2004.

Tara Cooper, Administrative Assistant & Treatment

Coordinator, worked part time in the practice throughout her Junior and Senior years at Zionsville High School and became a full time team member in 2004. Tara was raised in Zionsville and is currently attending IUPUI.
